The market had a strong (ish) week while existing home sales news brought a glimmer of hope for housing. Here’s what else was going on in real estate:

Candy Spelling, the widow of television producer Aaron Spelling, lists her Los Angeles mansion for $150 million, apparently making it the most expensive home for sale in the U.S. Mr. Spelling died at the 123-room house in 2006 at age 83. Dubbed “the Manor” and completed in 1991, the 57,000-square-foot house has a bowling alley, a beauty salon, a gift-wrapping room and a screening room. (WSJ)
