Anyway, it looks like Broder Properties is going to finally finish the conversion of an old Catholic parochial school at 120 Rindge Ave. in Cambridge into a 44-unit luxury apartment complex.

It’s taken nearly a decade to get this development done, after numerous battles and auction feuds etc. Things didn’t get moving until Broder Properties finally took over the project. It’s been almost worth the wait. Actually, it looks great.
