The ex-Sox GM is officially cutting his last real-estate link to Boston, putting his Brookline home up for sale. From the BBJ:
Former Boston Red Sox General Manager Theo Epstein, who traded Fenway Park for Wrigley Field, doesn’t need his Hub home anymore.
The 39-year-old Chicago Cubs GM has listed his 13-room mansion in Brookline’s Chestnut Hill on Wednesday for $3.65 million. Located on just over a quarter of an acre, the six-bedroom Colonial at 15 Circuit Road features five full baths, five fireplaces, a chef’s kitchen with gas cooking and “elite appliances, ” and central air.
