There is a lot of development getting underway in Boston, national (and local) real estate market be damned.

As mentioned, in an earlier post, the Fort Point Channel and the Seaport District are the site of some mega-developments.

As well, the Bulfinch Triangle neighborhood is about to undergo great change.

Here’s the area we’re talking about.

Here’s how the available parcels have been designated.

There are several parcels of land available for development. The Boston Redevelopment Authority has proposed the following (after the jump):

Parcel 1: 210 rental units.

Parcel 1A: Avenir Boston rental building.

Parcel 1B: Phase 1 = Courtyard Marriott 125 units. Marriott Town Place Extended Stay 125 units. 214 parking spaces. Retail component. Phase 2 = Office Sspace. Architect ADD, Inc., developer Boston Development Group.

Parcels 2A, 2B, 2C: between 170 – 180 condominium units, 15,000 square feet of retail space, a 50,000 square foot supermarket and 233 parking spaces, architect ADD, Inc., developer Hines and Raymond Properties.
