We’ve all seen the large national real estate TV commercials claiming to be tops in customer satisfaction and sales. So who is really number one?

According to the JD Power study, now in its fourth year, the winner is ReMax, based on measurements of satisfaction of home buyers and sellers using the largest national real estate companies. The overall satisfaction is dependent upon examining three factors of the home-buying experience: agent/salesperson; office; and variety of additional services. ERA and Century 21 ranked near the bottom.
