A story about the Beacon Hill condo toaster room. I’m going to put my Boston Beacon Hill condo up for sale.

I have fond memories of this Beacon Hill condo. Let me tell you a short story.

I didn’t cook in my twenties in this condominium, I had a kitchen, I was in it

At that time, it was just an extra room to hold my toaster oven.

To me it was the perfect condo. Bedroom, Living room, bathroom and toaster room

Winter – I’d turn it up for dark grill cheese.

Summer – I’d turn it down for my toasted hot dog bun.

My other big cuisine interest in those days was cereal.

When I finish my cereal, I put the bowl in the sink with the spoon it.

How often am I going to use the bowl and not need the spoon that goes with it?

Why go to a separate drawer to get a new spoon that goes with it. Today, it would be environmentally friendly. Back then it was just simply lazy.
