The chart below reflects the average and median  Back Bay condo sales prices from 2004 – 2010. The green line on the chart is the average Back Bay condo sales price and the blue line is the median Back Bay condo sales price.

A point of interest, the median Back Bay condo sales price is higher now than durring the housing bubble. I’m sure some will dismiss this data on the grounds of all the new luxury Back Bay condo developments. But its still a point worth noting. Do you agree?
