Rep. Barney Frank is interested in capping his political career as a member of the president’s Cabinet, according to a new biography of the Financial Services Committee chairman.

House Financial Services Committee Chairman Barney Frank wants to serve in the Obama administration’s cabinet as secretary of Housing and Urban Development, The Hill newspaper reports, citing an upcoming biography of Frank written by Stuart Weisberg.

Weisberg is a former aide to Frank. The 501-page book about the Massachusetts Democrat is expected to be published later this month and is titled: “Barney Frank: The Story of Amerca’s Only Left-handed, Gay, Jewish Congressman.
