Here are a few of quesions that blog readers asked.

Hi John,

I own a condo in a rowhouse in the South End which currently does not have any decks in the back of the building. All the members of the condo association are interested in having decks put on but I am not sure (a) how to find out if we have deck rights or (b) how and where to apply for deck rights. I have searched on the cityofboston website with NO luck. Any advice?
