Book sales probably aren’t going so well for David Lereah these days

The cover pricture is great. Almost like Freudian slip by the books authur, it looks like the house is going to crush the poor homeowners.

As you recall David Lehreah was the chief economist of the National Association of Realtors.

The good news, if you bought a condo in the Back Bay you have nothing to worry about, because prices seem to always go up even in the “Great Recession.”
