When I was in elementary school, my class had to memorize the solar planets. Our teacher said to help us memorize remember: My very excellent mother just served us nine pizzas. which translated to: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune & Pluto. So simple. Every child has a mother who serves pizza. Every child can therefore memorize the planets.
In 2016, the International Astronomical Association downgraded Pluto from its status as a planet. Just like that, it was out of the group. My very excellent mother just served us nothing?
No, I wasn’t in elementary school in 2016, my point of telling this story, regardless of our age group, we all have to adapt to change. But is all change good?

Today, I’ve been asked about why I don’t create YouTube videos? Recently, we now have ChatGPT (artificial intelligence) for writing Boston real estate blog posts. I will start doing YouTube Boston condo videos, which would be a positive adaptable change. But to have ChatGPT (A.I) write my Boston real estate blogs, I don’t see this ever happening for me.
I still think authenticity has value to Boston condo buyers. Yes, Boston condo brokers can use A.I. to create Boston condo sales data, but having a Boston condo broker provide his/her unique thoughts and experience on that data can be very helpful.
