I think in 2026, Boston condo for sale sellers will be coming out early in 2026 and be aggressive on pricing because they will be thinking that lower rates will ignite demand. But will rates be much lower? Probably not. Maybe a little. High-5s at best.

Boston condo buyers will be focused on quality that are newly renovate and they will spend the money on those units. Those that don’t renovate will be faced with a slippery slope, price wise.

At least that’s how I see it, only time will tell.
