# of Boston condos under agreement – 188
Boston single-family homes sold – 42
Number of Boston condos sold – 131
My thoughts: The bad news first, the number of Boston condos sold compared to this time last year is down. Boston condo inventory is also down, and as a result buyers are getting frustrated. The one good sign is that there’s an uptick on Boston condos going under agreement in the last seven days.
