You need at least a half a million dollars to buy a condominium in the proper Boston area for 2018. And to find those Boston condos are few and far between, given that the median price for a Boston condo, so far this year, was about twice that amount.
The least-expensive Boston condo on the market, which has the dubious distinction of being somewhat affordable, is 187 Beacon Street in South Boston. The listing broker describers the condo as:
