We’re halfway through September – are the sales and pricing holding up?
The final September, 2025 sales count will likely be quite a bit lower than last year, and the median sales price is going to bounce around every month. But the $/sf stats are steady and the final numbers probably won’t adjust much.
The number of sales is what matters, because sellers aren’t going to give it away.
