Back Bay real estate
Developer Steve Samuels has been tapped by the state to build a giant, $360 million residential, retail and hotel complex at the corner of Mass Ave and Boylston Street, right next to the Mass Pike and near the Hynes Convention Center and Berklee School of Music.
The complex will eventually have 230 residences and 270 hotel rooms.
