Reasons for more Boston real estate going under agreement
Reasons for the increase in sales include pent-up demand, low interest rates, and the increase in inventory.
As of mid-February, downtown Boston inventory of condos and single family homes combined is 37.26% above last year at this time.
Higher inventory can be contribute to Boston condo owners feeling more comfortable as Covid vaccine is coming out thus, real estate owners placing their properties on market which was postponed it until now. Coupled with a migration from downtown Boston to the Boston suburb
