Great Expectations is the 19th century Charles Dickens novel about an orphan named Pip and the three stages of his “expectations.” An expectation is a strong belief about something that is yet to happen. In the end, good triumphs over evil in Great Expectations and everyone lives happily ever after.
April – September is the season of great expectations. Some of us on the younger side of life are waiting expectantly for their first time moving out of their childhood home, to a new Beacon Hill apartment. Many more of us are waiting patiently for the day that we can put aside our fear and buy a Boston condo for sale.
This needs to be a season of great expectations for us all in order for us to move forward past he attractions and cacophony of our world. Like a search for the right button or that set of spring coats that must be someplace, a search has to have a goal in mind. How often does it happen that our search for the missing whatever gets fatally interrupted when another long lost article appears? Unless a search is laser focused, your real estate goal will remain out of sight.
