The Back Bay broker silences his alarm clock, suppresses a yawn, stumbles out of bed, takes a shower, does a comb over wtth his hair and gets dressed. He checks the time, notices he is running late, seizes hold of his iphome, and dashes out the door.
At the subway station, he swipes his Charlies Card and waits on the Redline platform. The train pulls in, the doors automatically open, and he advances with the crowd. He exits at the MGH T stop, walks for half hour, and then he enters a building.on Newbury Street.
A Back Bay condo for sale broker greets him with a surprised look on his face. “What are you doing back here?”
Suddenly, Greg remembers. He retired yesterday.
