How things have changed.
A few years ago, you had to be patient when selling a house/condo. Today, well, it’s a different story, as inventory in the area plunges and sales spike. Prices haven’t quite kept up with demand. They’re still a little stagnant, depending on the neighborhood and/or town. But that will change soon.
