Brookline Real Estate

I just spoke with Linda Mitrano of Ford Realty Inc to see how her Sunday Open House went in Brookline. She said it she had a lot of activity. Linda’s listing is a $1,750,000 Victorian home located on 45 Kilsyth St. Brookline. Why she had a good open house and those in Beacon Hill had below average I’m not sure. Any thoughts?
