Sorry, but you’ve got to be doing something wrong in life if you’re getting priced out of living in downtown Detroit.
OK, maybe it’s not that affordable. But look at the prices people are paying then — and now — and it’s, well, less than half of what people are paying in downtown Boston these days.
And look at the subsidies people are getting to live in downtown Detroit. Yes, rental subsidies on top of low prices.
Still, we’re rooting for Detroit. They’re finally doing a lot of things right. And they consistently have a hell of a good baseball team.
