The following is a partial list of properties proposed or under construction in South Boston near the Broadway Red line T-stop.
A 22-unit building has been approved for site of the former Sunoco gas station (next to the Cornerstone, currently used as parking by Court Square Press residents). Apparently, all units will be 3-bedroom lofts.
A 6-story, 47 unit building is going up on Dorchester Ave, next to the T-station, directly across from Court Square Press.
Around the corner from that, another 6-story building will go up at 36 A Street, with 25 units.
The MacAllen Building, or Court Square Press, Phase II is going up and will bring 144 units to the market in early 2007.
A bit up Broadway, 127 units have been approved for a development directly across the street from Mul’s Diner, at the site of the Notre Dame school.
