Boston condo appreciation. Better than you think
The Boston condo real estate market has been appreciating steadily, but can we have a 20% by the end of 2021?
Our seasonally-adjusted Case-Shiller Index rose as one of the top 10 cities in one month.
The increase in the three-month annual percentage was nearly close to 18%, and it doesn’t include March and April which have been hotter.
The Boston index was still positive during the initial Covid months (but muted), so it’s safe to say that the year-over-year percentage increase for the next few readings will be substantially higher than February’s.
Could Boston end up with 20% appreciation in 2021?
It looks feasible today!
