Boston Condos for Sale and Apartments for Rent
That Boston condo broker brags too much
Over the weekend I had a Boston condo for sale showing in the Seaport District. The listing broker informed me he was near my Boston Beacon Hill office and asked if he could pick me up. I replied, “sure.” On the ride over to meet my client, he was bragging to me on how much he paid for his new car.
As we were parking in the Seaport District, he asked me how much I paid for my car. I thought that was an inappropriate question so I gave him an inappropriate answer. I replied “Not to brag, but I just filled up the gas tank and I think I just doubled the value of my car.”
