To become a real estate broker in Massachusetts, you must first obtain a salesperson license, work under a brokerage for at least three years, complete a 40-hour broker pre-licensing course, and pass the state broker’s exam.

Three years is 1095 days; it takes about 1095 days to become a board-certified broker. At that point, you might be very skilled and well-informed.

It takes less than ten minutes to make your client feel seen, understood and reassured.

If you skip the 10 minutes, you wasted the 1095 days.
