The Boston area has seen a number of luxury-condo/home auctions over the past year or so, but Beacon Hill has been largely spared from the trend — until now.
On March 3, owners plan to auction off a Brimmer Street row house, with a minimum $5 million floor price, and a Lime Street condo, floor price $1.2 million. They’re big abodes, big prices and big auction gambles for owners.
