As men, we can’t fail to notice that a sexy blonde has moved into the house down the road, recently divorced, we hear from our wives and the wives of our friends, and their friends, ad infinitum.

As men, we wonder if she might need shelves putting up…

Monday morning, I’m off to a slow start on my Beacon Hill condos for sale checklist.

Here’s how my Monday morning started:.

Me: You’re off to an early start. How was your weekend?

Beacon Hill Rental Agent: Awful, I had to watch the Barbie movie. You know what I think?

Me: If its about the Barbie movie, NO.

Beacon HIll Rental Agent: Yes, Barbie gave females unrealistic body standards. But they also gave unrealistic expectations for guys.

Me: I know I’m going to regret this, but what do you mean?

Beacon Hill Rental Agent: Do you know Nancy my wife made me wear matching neon outfits with her on Sunday to church.

Me: I hope you guys didn’t do any Beacon Hill apartment showings together.
