Before moving to Winchester, the broker lived in Beacon Hill for over 20 years, but over time he grew weary of the pace and pressures of life there. So he escaped to the Boston suburbs.
Now the city was brimming with stressed-out people. Seeking a quieter life, they began building houses closer and closer to his Winchester home.
Unsettled by all the commotion, of contractors demolishing small house to build Mansions, he packed up and moved to a Beacon Hill condo overlooking the Boston Common, steps away from his old condominium.
