Boston Real Estate for Sale

It seems like September went by in a flash and today is the first day of October 2020. For me, October is a month for gearing up for the Fall Boston real estate sales market, fall cleaning, and watching the New England Patriots. It is also time to get ready for winter.

This winter could be a bit more challenging than most because of the pandemic which is getting worse rather than disappearing (according to some reports). I don’t know what to believe anymore when I watch the news.

As stated, October can be a busy month for downtown Boston real estate sales and it should be especially busy this year. Fall home sellers usually want to move before the snow and winter holidays arrive. Couple that with historic low-interest rates, there’s reason to be optimistic.

I hoping that Beacon Hill condos buyers and Beacon Hill apartment renters will be out in force through the winter months.
