Extell/Equity has announced plan to construct a new residential development in East Cambridge.
303 Third Street will be a new 605,000 square feet 8-story residential community. The project consists of over 290 rental and over 230 condominium units with an underground parking garage for over 530 cars designed around a one acre landscaped park.
Here are some of the architect’s renderings of the project.
The project will be completed in the summer of 2008, according to the developer. The project’s architect is New York’s Cetra/Ruddy.
