Boston condo broker helplessly lost
I over slept today which I normally never do. I began my winter morning routine by walking to the kitchen and opening a package of Swiss Miss hot chocolate (with marshmallows). I placed the cup into the microwave, after one minute, I opened the microwave door, I felt the heat radiated through to my hands as I held the mug, I grabbed a spoon to stir some of the powder swirling near the top of the rim. I than walked over to my real estate home office and I leaned back in my chair, steam from my mug wafted through the air like tiny smoke signals. I blew on the mug to cool it off, as the little marshmallows tablets melted into the chocolate cream on top.
From my real estate home office, I could hear the local Fox 25 news channel in the adjacent room, the traffic report was being announced. I was reminded of a traffic incident that occurred to one of my Boston real estate broker friends many years ago in Vermont

As I recall the story, many, many years ago this Boston real estate broker was helplessly lost in upstate Vermont, (this was before Google Maps and other directional tech devices, yes, I’m that old), he waved down a passing police officer. Turns out the address he was looking for was in the opposite direction. Here’s the rest of the story…
Boston condo broker: Is it ok if I make a U-turn?
Police Officer: As long as I don’t see you. (walking back to his car)
The Boston condo broker (Jamie) quickly did a U-turn and drove about 500 feet before the police came up behind him and pulled him over.
Police Officer said, “I saw you.”
